Abstract

Project-success criteria can vary depending on the emphasis placed on the main project criteria, i.e., cost, time, quality, performance or safety. The methods used to achieve these criteria are outlined in a table with the most important factors to be employed. The chapter also discusses key performance indicators, which can be important milestones, reporting points or performance or payment targets.
