Steps in Project Planning and Scheduling
Chapter 2 presented the many planning and scheduling tools that are available to project managers. This chapter focuses on the specific steps to be taken to develop a plan and schedule for a project. Various aspects of the different techniques discussed in Chapter 2 are used in these steps.
