There are many ways one might compare different programming libraries, many of them subjective. Ask ten different programmers and you might get ten different answers.

You might compare libraries’ ease of use, size of community, popularity of jobs, flexibility, performance, or some high concept like completeness or cohesiveness, or many other ways. If you do look at performance, keep in mind there are infinite ways to compare performance, and any differences may very well be due to the programmer’s limited understanding of these libraries.
