Similar to the previous chapter, the following chapter revolves around what it means to engage in research conversations from a relational constructionism perspective as a resourceful conversation partner. There is nothing in the method that necessitates that these conversations have to be between a researcher and a leader. As mentioned in the last chapter, such conversations also take place between researchers, students, and consultants and middle managers, employees, board members, etc.
