Introduction

The previous chapter described how researchers interacted with practitioners in the field of organic farming based on a multi-voiced inquiry for team development, learning, and knowledge production with inspiration from action research. The current chapter sheds light on the development of a participatory inquiry for learning and knowledge building based on roleplaying.
