Introduction

The aim of this chapter is to describe and give examples of how to analyse research inquiries based on a social constructionist onto-epistemology with a focus on the ongoing social construction processes in organisations. Inspired by postmodern philosophies and social constructionism, the linguistic turn in the social sciences and organisational research has inspired new ways of analysing the interconnectedness of language and the ongoing construction of social reality (Alvesson & Kärreman, 2000a; Gergen, 1994).
