Chapter 5. Requirements Elicitation
This chapter starts by describing how you can identify the stakeholders who can supply the requirements. The main part of this chapter presents 11 techniques for gathering requirements. They are used to collect requests from stakeholders on what needs the system should fulfill. These requirements are located at the top level of the requirements pyramid, as shown in Figure 5.1.
