“Sounds good. I know the JSON client project went well and the HAL client seemed successful, too. I’m looking forward to more from your team.”

“Right, that’s what we need to discuss. As we look ahead to creating clients for additional media types, we’re starting to see a pattern emerge.”

“You mean there is probably some kind of model that applies no matter what format you’re using, right?”

“Exactly. I’ve started to question how we typically build client apps. Usually we have a preset goal in mind and we just write an app to solve that one problem.”

“You mean like an app to compute late fees or an app to edit our catalog and so forth. That’s fine, right?” ...
