So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

The first thing that comes to mind when I think project management is phasing. Of all the projects with which I have been involved over the years, I can remember only a handful that didn't involve some kind of existing condition.
