Risk Management
We discussed risk management in Chapters 3 and 4 where we approached it from a community level (at various levels) and from the vantage point of an organization or government/government agency. Those chapters looked at risk in order to identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential projects to address risks. In this section on project risk management, we are looking at how risks can impact the project, a more focused viewpoint.
