Prerequisite Certifications
The Salesforce Certified B2C Solution Architect exam has three prerequisite certifications: Data Architect, Integration Architect, and Platform App Builder.
These certifications are all related to the Lightning Platform. In addition to the Lightning Platform, we know from this book that B2C Commerce and Marketing Cloud Engagement are also major components of the B2C Solution Architect exam but are not represented in the prerequisite certifications. Chapter 14, Commerce and Integration, will provide some recommendations and tips for addressing the B2C Commerce portion of your exam prep, and Chapter 4, Engaging Customers with Marketing Cloud, covers much of what you’ll need regarding Marketing Cloud Engagement.
