It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Data migration is a common task that Salesforce admins, developers, and architects are asked to complete. Understanding best practices on how best to approach data migration will ensure that costly mistakes are avoided, and the data migration is complete and accurate.
