David attends the national coffee roasters’ event and, at lunch, he meets Janice, a woman from a town near where Semi-Roasted, Inc., is located. After further discussion, David learns that Janice is the owner of a local restaurant called The Coffee House, which serves recipes cooked from seasonal locally grown fruits and vegetables for breakfast and lunch.
