Chapter 34. Exploring the Utilities Folder

In This Chapter

Tucked inside the Applications folder is the Utilities folder, which stores a treasure trove of helpful applications. Your system employs some of those “utilities” to carry out common tasks, whereas others are tools that you can use for specific purposes. In this chapter, we talk about each of these applications and, where appropriate, refer to previous chapters that mentioned them.
