The PERCENT calculation can be performed at different levels in
the graph. The level can be specified with the PCTLEVEL= option
in the PROC SGPLOT statement.
You can use the PCTNDEC= option in the SGPLOT procedure
statement to control the number of decimals to be used when
calculating the percent values.
Note
If all of the frequencies or sums for a specified level are zero, all
of the percentages for that level will be zero.
SUM
the sum of the response variable. This is the default value when you specify the
RESPONSE= option.

For this value to take effect, you must also specify the
RESPONSE= option.
