When we signed the contract for the first edition of this book, we toasted each other with a bottle of Dom Perignon, which we bought at a local sub shop and drank out of plastic cups (the guy behind the counter shouted back to kitchen, “Hey, we sold the Dom!”). And when we finish this second edition, we’ll break out the bubbly again.
