Chapter 7. Monitoring and Metrics

Ensuring that a Scrum project stays on track requires frequent tuning and fine-tuning. Thankfully, Scrum’s core set of sprint activities provides us with regular opportunities to monitor progress. Anecdotal observation can be greatly assisted with a selection of carefully selected metrics, tracking boards, and team synchronization practices.
