It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Das Editing: ein wesentlicher Arbeitsschritt
4.1Grundsätzliches zum Editing
Das sogenannte »Editing« ist die notwendige und sogar unverzichtbare Auswahl der Fotos einer Serie. Beim Aufnehmen einer Serie ist das eigentliche Fotografieren nur die Spitze des Eisbergs: In Abhängigkeit von den bereits getroffenen kreativen Entscheidungen konzentriert sich der Fotograf allein auf die Abbildung im Sucher. Aber damit ist die Arbeit noch lange nicht getan! Bei der anschließenden Sichtung der Bilder muss man zwei Dinge absolut vermeiden:
- Man darf auf keinen Fall alle Fotos behalten. Denn das würde ja bedeuten, dass alle dieselbe Qualität haben und gleich gut zur Serie passen.
- Man darf aber auch nicht nur die »gelungensten« Bilder auswählen, ...
