Taking Action
Reflecting on the changes you want to make to align your values with your goals is a preliminary step toward setting goals that are meaningful and achievable. Examining these five areas of your life—career, self, family, community, and spirit—is hard, thoughtful work. But it’s only the first stage of setting goals.
