Research. With the Internet, you can easily obtain information about almost any organization. You're looking for clues that might give you an edge in your discussions with whomever you will be meeting. Your research about the organization could reveal:

•  Product or services offered

•  Size (revenues or employees)

•  Location(s)

•  Internet "image"

•  Management bios

•  Years in business

•  Names of current or former ...
