Chapter 5 Workflows
If you think you know about workflows within Microsoft SharePoint because you have built them out in previous versions, you are going to be surprised. While some of the workflow functionality you are familiar with remains, there is an entirely new toolset that has been made available—Microsoft Flow. Flow allows for an entire framework within which business users can configure workflow processes. As a relatively new framework it has some limitations (like any new product), however you’ll soon see that it is a great tool, easy to work with, and highly versatile.
