We already learned to know Expression Blend as a creative tool allowing us to design, compile, and run Silverlight (and WPF) applications. Later we will use this tool in collaboration with Visual Studio (for the source code), but for now we will continue to create XAML markup visually in Blend.

Creating Transforms

We studied the transforms available in Silverlight in Chapter 3, “Playing with XAML Transforms and Animations,” and saw how to apply them to UI elements. Using Blend, it is easy to create all these transforms using the following steps:
