Chapter 5. Business Use Cases
Business use cases are the universal, cross-industry tasks almost every knowledge worker will recognize: turning a meeting into notes and tasks, compiling scattered communications into something actionable, pulling and reshaping data, producing the same structured deliverable over and over.
This matters because we want to target precisely the type of work where agent Skills can pay back the fastest, which are usually not so glamorous background tasks1 that can sometimes take hours.
So this chapter does two things. First, it gives you a way to audit your own workday and find the business tasks worth turning into Skills. Then it takes two of them and builds them end-to-end.
