Choose your route – Evaluate your alternatives
It’s usually not possible to pursue all alternatives; at least not simultaneously. Many of the important decisions we face are forks in the road, where choosing one path precludes us from pursuing others that might also be attractive. So, after having thought divergently to create potential alternatives, let’s think convergently to identify the alternative that would best help us achieve our goals, given limited resources.
