I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Ah, you have to love that new camera smell, right? I’m always excited to unbox a new piece of equipment, especially a camera. I just want to unwrap the packaging, put the lens on, insert a new memory card, and start rediscovering the world photographically. Sound familiar? Instead of being patient and at least glancing at the owner’s manual, I’m always eager to break in the shutter on my new camera!
Of course, this behavior always leads to frustration in the end—there are always issues that would have been easily addressed had I known about them before ...
