Constant Width

Used to indicate programming syntax, code fragments, and examples.

Italic

Used to introduce new terms, for emphasis, and to indicate commands or user-specified file and directory names.

Bold

Used to display the names of database objects, such as tables, columns, and stored procedures.

UPPERCASE

Used to indicate SQL keywords.
