see that the circuit is basically a buffer
amplifier,
like that of Figure 9.9, in which the
input
volt-
age
to the non-inverting terminal is 0 V.

9.12 shows the breadboard layout of this offset
nulling circuit. The multi-meter should be set to its low-
est
voltage setting e.g., 0.1 V, and even at this setting
you won't notice much difference in the
output
voltage.
