In March of 2011, when I was with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Ms. Jeanne Glasser, an Executive Editor at FT Press, contacted me to discuss publishing opportunities. SEC regulations precluded me from working on the book at the time. Exactly a year later, Jeanne reminded me that the publishing opportunity was still available and asked me to start writing.
