Strategy: Concept and Process

A study on the creation of the mentioned respected brands and companies reveals their successful alignment of human resource strategies with their business goals, thereby creating organizational capabilities to face an increasingly competitive environment. The developments in the corporate world this reflects prompted me to zero in on my research topic, primarily with the objective of investigating the strategic role of Human Resource Management (HRM) in driving business strategies and goals (Figure 2.1).
