About the Authors
COL Charles D. Allen, U.S. Army, is the Director of Leader Development and a faculty instructor in the Department of Command, Leadership, and Management at the U.S. Army War College, where he teaches core curriculum courses and electives in creativity, leading organizational change, and strategic leadership. He has led in a variety of assignments as a field artillery officer, garrison commander, and Inspector General in U.S. and overseas assignments.
