So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.
Intended Audience
This book assumes that you have at least a basic understanding of the following topics:
Object-oriented programming
Data structures and algorithms
- Python and the following bindings:
Pandas
Numpy
Plotly
SQL (both relational and nonrelational databases)
Git version control frameworks
Cloud computing
To fully benefit from the content in this book, it’s important that you have some experience in programming. If you’re unfamiliar with the areas mentioned, it’s recommended to take an introductory course before diving in. That said, you don’t need to be an expert to benefit from the book.
