It provides sales organizations with a state-of-the-art competency framework that can be a critical tool for achieving a variety of sales talent management goals.
To adapt the model to your organization’s needs as well as your own, chapters 6 and 7, respectively, describe the steps to take. This appendix provides the following tools, templates, and examples for more effective use of the WCSCM in conducting competency gap assessments.
