TEAM PERFORMANCE EVALUATION
There are at least four ways that a team can be evaluated on its performance:
1.Individual members by their permanent managers, if the members are part of a temporary group (such as a committee or task force) or a part-time group (such as a quality circle)
2.Individual members by the team leader
3.The whole team through evaluations such as those shown in Chapter 12, which track the progress of the team in its meetings
4.Individual members by their peers on the team
