The first S in our BASICS® model stands for Suggest Solutions (see Figure 1.1), and the goal of this chapter is to discuss how to proceed once the analysis is completed. There are many pieces to a Lean implementation, and they are all interconnected. The material in this chapter walks through the relationships and how the data presented to this point can be leveraged to prepare you for your implementation.
