Chapter Thirteen. Plan of Action to Improve Testing

The objective of a plan of action is to take you from where you are to where you want to go. There are two prerequisites: a baseline for measuring progress and a goal. The self-assessment in Chapter 2 guided you in gathering the quantitative data that support a true testing baseline. The challenges in Chapters 3 through 12 of this book have provided you with a basis for establishing your goals.
