Chapter overview
At the start of Stage 2, the location and nature of the project is known. The design team will respond to the Initial Project Brief – including the Sustainability Aspirations, perhaps a schedule of accommodation and the Project Budget – by developing one or more sketch designs. These designs, together with a Sustainability Strategy, can be tested against all aspects of the Initial Project Brief to determine if they will deliver the Project Outcomes that the client is seeking.
