Appendix XIV: Process Maturity and OE Assessment
This Process Maturity and Operational Excellence self-assessment is a tool for evaluating an organization’s lean management system maturity and serves to provide a baseline from which next steps along the road to operational excellence can be identified. It should be tailored to meet the needs of an enterprise. Each level (Immature, Starting, Developing, Maturing and Excellence) has an assessment value (0 to 4). Upon reading each question, select the level which best describes your current state and place the corresponding score in the score column next to the question.
