Importing and Merging Antimalware Policies
As mentioned in the “Planning and Considerations” section, Microsoft provides several predefined antimalware policies to make it easier for you to create custom antimalware policies. You can import any of these policies and later edit or merge them with another policy to create a new policy combining two or more targeted functions.
Importing Policy
To import a predefined antimalware policy, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the Assets and Compliance workspace. In the navigation tree, expand Overview -> Endpoint Protection -> Antimalware Policies.
2. On the ribbon bar, select Import. A list of 25 ready-made policies displays, as shown in Figure 16.15.
