4 Change

This chapter perceives change and change management (CM) from the holistic thinking perspectives (HTPs) because when risks turn into events change happens. In particular, it discusses some CM models, resistance to change and how to overcome it and some aspects of stakeholder management. Perceive change from the HTPs.

4.1   Continuum
