Add Comments
You can attach a comment to almost anything in Numbers: a table cell (but not the table itself), a chart, a text box, specific text inside a container, objects such as shapes and images, or the sheet itself. You can make notes for yourself or for colleagues sharing the file; comments are time- and date-stamped, and color-coded to each user.
