Ever get the feeling that Microsoft is a big, distant corporation that you can’t communicate with? Ever feel frustrated when Word crashed and you lost your work? Well, Microsoft is still a big, distant corporation, and Word still crashes (and you can still lose your work). But you’re going to feel a lot better when a crash happens, because the Microsoft Error Reporting dialog will appear (Figure 19).
