Take a Photo
In Start with a Snapshot, we quickly ran through the steps of making a quick capture. Let’s go through the process again more deliberately, this time including some of the other options that present themselves.
Open the Camera app using any of the methods outlined earlier, and point the lens at a scene or subject. I recommend doing this in an area where there’s plenty of light so we don’t need to worry about the flash coming on or other considerations related to when we Photograph in Low Light.
First, a Quick Pre-Check
The Camera app is awash with buttons and controls, some of which pop up depending on what’s in front of the lens (Figure 6).
