Being human, it’s natural that we feel more comfortable receiving positive feedback, but second best we can handle ‘constructive feedback’ (see #46). It’s become more palatable since it replaced the term ‘constructive criticism’, which seems to be in use less and less (oh, the power of words!).

We all want feedback, even if it’s not that great. It helps us improve if it’s conducted in the right way.
