I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Hemang Lavana is the lead architect of Cisco's central test automation infrastructure group that designs and develops Tcl and Eclipse-based tools. He has over twelve years of architecture and design experience in developing high performance, robust, and scalable products focusing on modularity and extensibility.
After graduating from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, Hemang earned a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University. He has published several papers and articles in various conferences on asynchronous, distributed and collaborative software for workflow automation. He is also the author of the award winning software WebWiseTclTk.
