Kevin Burns is the founder of Tracemasters, Inc., of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, a consulting organization specializing in network analysis and training. Kevin's 10 years of experience consist of the design, implementation, and analysis of various multiprotocol, multivendor networks. This book comprises the techniques he has used in diagnosing complex network and application problems, which he also teaches to students at various seminars and corporate settings.
