I use a couple of learning platforms, but I'm on O'Reilly more than anybody else. When you're there, you start learning. I'm never disappointed.I'm always learning. So when I got on to O'Reilly, I was like a kid in a candy store. There are playlists. There are answers. There's on-demand training. It's worth its weight in gold, in terms of what it allows me to do.

Pillars of a Technical Program Manager
Throughout most of my professional career, I have been a technical program manager (TPM) – or a proxy to it. During this time, I have worked alongside other TPMs on large-scale projects, mentored junior TPMs on their journey, and I have interviewed a large number of TPMs from all corners of the industry. Over the years, I have adopted a considerable perspective on what a TPM is and what makes them successful.
Without getting into complex sentence diagraming, let’s take a look at the job title itself, Technical Program Manager.
