Despite my best efforts with this book, I’m sure I haven’t covered every situation that might crop up. You can get additional help with your Fire in three ways: Mayday, Self Service, and Amazon.com.
Mayday
One of the headline features of the Fire is Mayday. The Mayday button, in Quick Settings, connects you with an Amazon support person with just two taps (18.1).

The support person can see your phone’s screen and hear you, and you can see and hear them. They cannot, however, see you, so there’s no need to put on pants when using Mayday.
