Chapter 11. Master Data Management
Defining data models for key business entities such as customers, products, invoices, or orders is part of the metadata creation and metadata lifecycle management explained in Chapter 10. This chapter builds on what we have discussed about metadata and introduces how to handle master data that represents the second layer in the Enterprise Information Model.
