BASICS Model: Implementation (I)

The I in our BASICS model stands for Implementation (see Figure 5.1). An important aspect for the team to realize is that some tasks are “just do it” in nature and can be implemented quickly, or at latest the next day. However, many improvements require the action of work done by an improvement team. Many times, this will be done with sub-projects and will take time and resources to complete.
