Reboot and get balanced

Fast is busy, controlling, aggressive, hurried, analytical, stressed, superficial, impatient, active, quantity-over-quality. Slow is the opposite: calm, careful, receptive, still, intuitive, unhurried, patient, reflective, quality-over-quantity. CARL HONORÉ

WHY DO WE NEED TO reboot our minds? With so much digital pollution around, our mental ‘systems’ are being quickly run down.

As we gorge on information, communicate across multiple platforms, and face near constant demands for attention, we wear ourselves out.

So we need to factor in a way to restore this energy and attention. Being revitalised gives us a reserve of inspiration and focus to call on.
